I’m a yoga instructor in sunny San Jose, California. As a lifelong learner, I am always looking for new ways to help my students feel stronger and more at ease in their bodies. My classes focus on using mindful movement to increase strength and range of motion. I encourage my students to foster feelings of introspection, respect, and positivity towards themselves while on and off their mats.
